We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician to join our team at Seneca Place! The ideal candidate should have HVAC experience as well as experience working in long term care. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment and systems in the facility.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other equipment

- Responding to maintenance requests from staff and residents

- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems as needed

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a skilled nursing facility

- HVAC experience required

- Ability to lift heavy equipment or materials

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
